Lonely ads - Wolverhampton

Hi all, new to the forum, use to play a fair bit for fun 20+ years ago and recently decided to get back into. I was never all that good, highest break being about 30. Having had such a long time out I thought it would be good to start fresh and try and learn to play properly, booked myself in for a lesson with local coach Andrew Highfield in a month's time.

So I'm based in Wolverhanpton and was reaching out to see if there was anyone of a similar appauling standard that fancied going for a game on a regular basis.

Welcome mate. Bound to be someone in that area who fancies a regular game. Find a club near you and start practicing. Good luck with the lessons. You’re going about things the right way. Have you sorted out a good cue?

Welcome Alan - I’d recommend you take a look at local social clubs that have snooker tables in them too. It’s an easier way to get to know new playing partners.
