    Hey i'm new here... My names grant and i'm a young player. Not great at all to be honest highest break of 34. Normally only make low 10s and high 10s.. love playing though, looking for some advice and tips on here . Cheers anyways

    Welcome to TSF, my highest break became 34 the other day too, low tens is about my usual though

      (RGCIRENCESTERS HB is actually 19 he doesnt count his 34 )

              Sorry if this is hijacking Grant's thread but thought it would be easier to introduce myself here rather than fill the forum up with new threads.

              Figured I should say hello properly after coming 2nd in the World Championship fantasy competition. ;-) I'm Keli (male), from England, and I've been an armchair snooker fan since the early '80s. I'm not really a player (hope that's not frowned upon round here) although I used to play a fair bit when I was a wee bairn - when I had to break from behind the baulk line to avoid using the rest, and I had to stretch to respot the blue. I stopped playing regularly when I was about 12 or 13 but I was never any good - can't remember my highest break but I vaguely recall sinking 5 balls in a row - so probably no more than 17...

              I'm a bit of a lurker rather than a prolific poster - I enjoy reading posts and appreciate the contributions of others but I tend not to reply very much.
