and it just shows how much snooker is actually growing that Spain hardly a snooker hotbed is getting snooker tables installed in clubs.

theres so much doom and gloom regarding snooker but is it actually as bad as its been portrayed ?

Now in Barcelona city there are 5 or 6 snooker tables and people in the club where I play are getting very interested. Me and other guys that used to play pool regularly, we are getting deep into snooker and the people playing billiards are also getting curious by the game.

A colleague made a "census" of snooker tables in Spain and apparently there are more than 40 tables; not that bad.

i think thats good news for snooker....

snooker is a more challanging game but pool is seen as a quicker game to learn thats why pool is more popular across the world.....instant fix if you like......

so its encouraging that people who was playing pool is for want of a better word getting turned on by Snooker.
