  • Greetings from London

    Hi everyone!

I'm a big snooker fan and used to play a bit here and there, but not enough to get much good at it I'm afraid. My highest break is only about 28 I think. (Although I did manage to get out of a snooker once by coming off about 27 cushions, just like they do on the telly ... )

I watch the tourneys on tv when I can and my favourite players are Ronnie O'Sullivan, Mark Selby, Steve Davis, Jimmy White and Alex Higgins (from days sadly gone by ... )

I also play World Championship Snooker 2005 on my PC, and I'm about to start a thread asking some questions about the 2009 version.

For info btw, in case there's anyone here that plays Links 2003 Golf Online at LSPN, I'm a member there with nickname Colin Rommel ...

SMERSH (Russian: СМЕРШ, acronym of SMERt' SHpionam, Russian: СМЕРть Шпионам, English: Death to Spies) were the counter-intelligence departments in the Soviet Army created in 1943.[1] The name is phonetically similar to the Russian words "смерч" (smerch) for tornado and "смерть" (smert) for death.

        COOL!

        =o)
