Not at all its great to see. I only wish that Higgins would get some WSOS over there to rebrand the game in your neck of the woods.

There are some good cueists here but they're more interested in 9ball. Closer circuit, etc..

It's too bad. Perhaps more pro int'l tournaments will spur some interest. But it's doubtful right now.

It is a shame as some of the names of your boys from the 80's roll off the tongue.

Which Higgins? Alex gets mixed reviews over here. I prefer John myself too.

They're still huge names here. I think they must be disappointed that the next generation hasn't shown up to dethrone them yet.

Roy... my friend, I know you know what it takes to create a "futures" program!
With media exposure and appealing role models, availability of proper environment and top coaching,
                why not!?!?
                Afterall I'm only 59!

                =o)

welcome Ferrule, this is a great website and all the guys on here are as cool as the game. I typically don't join any forums and I'm new to this one but i had to make an exception for TSF because of my love for the game. There is a ton of knowledge and wisdom on here which I have taken advantage already but I will pay it forward one day somehow.

My wife is 4 month preggers and if its a boy, he'll be "encouraged" to play snooker. LOL............so my plan is that it will be Dong Dong vs my son in 2025 for the worlds.... ha ha

                        anyways welcome brother

oh and if you are looking for coaching, Lee is very good...makes sense to get rid of your bad habits which will save you time and frustration
