I have a table that the balls hop into the air when coming off the rails at any but the lightest shots. The service man for Diamonback billiards has visited and acknowledged that it is not right. The balls are the correct size. Olhausen believes the cloth may be stretched too tight on the rails, I am not buying it. They told the dealer they were looking into some cloth from England, but now neither the dealer noer Olhausen is communicating w/ me. In addition the cushions are irregualar where they taper into the pockets. This causes the pockets to reject more shots than accept.
Watching the recent event from Scotland it is obvoius that the cut of the cushions is not at a straight angle like the ones on the tables used in competition, but are arced as they curve in.
Does anyone have a clue as to a strategy to get Olhausen to correct these problems or take the table back. The dealer won't return calls or emails.:
