Yes you are correct the blue pink and black do have nick names the blue is called the BLUE the pink is called the PINK and i think the black is called the em em you know i cant think .

An old fella in our league used to always refer to the pink ball as 'The Salmon', but as far as I am aware he didn't have pet names for any other (snooker) balls.
Never heard those 'commonly' used names in 30 years of playing the game!
As for *Mick* - I'm a life long Villa fan, my Dad and two uncles have season tickets so they would have been there, but I live on an island off the coast so not particularly convenient for Villa Park!
