Hi all and thx for the warm welcome

not shy, just a man of few words

biography: started playing snooker and pool back in my school days, mainly for fun but i soon progressed to playing in the local pool/snooker leagues. never quite made it any further than that with the snooker but managed to get on the kent county squad playing 8 ball pool.
i no longer play county but still manage to get a few frame in now and then, most of my time now is taken with playing in and helping run our local snooker league.

Snooker Cue: at preset have a old machine sliced stick ( can't remember what make ) i got it extended to 61" up a parris cues, it has a 9mm tip aprox 19 oz and 29mm butt (looking to replace it at some stage)

Pool Cue: burrough & watts Ascot extended to 61" (by Parris cues) 8mm tip,
18 oz and 29mm butt

though i would say being a tall player is more of a disadvantage than an advantage, especially not being unable to buy cues of the shelf

Must cost you a small fortune to have one made .

Up to now i've just brought stock cue's and had them extended to the size that feels right.

That said, now that i can afford to get one made i might just treat myself
