  • John parris.

Under some good advice i was lookin at some cues from craftsman cues ans saw a few nice one but leeds is a long way away from and if i take the travel costs into account i can up my buget and get a JOHN PARRIS CUE! my question is are they worth the money? i know alot of the pro's use him,i went to school with Srephen Lee's Mrs so was chatin to her today and she said that he's used him for the last two years. I suppose i have answered my own question!

John Parris Cues are Very Good Quality and finish but they are Expensive now adays unless you go for Plain Design.

I would Ask John when going into the Shop will he be Making the Cue Himself! As john doesn't Make many these days and I would say the Cue will be better if John Makes them himself.

Sometimes he does make Elite/Ultimate or High Design Cues Himself.

The way I look at it if a Cue Costs £500/£1000 if you Look after it Only Once you will have to Buy it not like most other Hobbies.

    Gaz.

I had a Parris Regal, wasn't happy with it, felt dead and finish wasn't great, so got a trevor white, fantastic cue.

from what i have read on here, if you are buying a parris, then its hit and miss on the lower end of his names cues..

unless you o for the highest budget cost etc then you will get miles better value and as good a cue elsewhere...

if anything if you are going to spend 400 quid, try mike woolridge or trev white, you will get more for your money.
