Buying a new cue

Hi
I have been playing for about a year now and to to take my game to the next level I have decided to buy a personal cue. Based on the reviews I have read Omin cues are good value for money but there are no dealers where I live. Is it advisable to buy a cue online?
I thought one has to go to the store pick up a cue and see if one has the 'feel' while playing with it...and this aint possible with an online order.
