Hello ,
I'm new to this forum and it's great to see so much information available all in one place! I've been playing snooker since I was about 13 so I've played for over 15 years. My highest break is 139 and I play at least once a week.
I have one question regarding makes of cues. I collect cues and have been doing so for the past few years, I have cues from: John Parris, Peradon, Osborne, Martin Chesworth, Master, Riley. Does anyone know of any other cue makers who would be worth getting hold of?
One other question I have is regarding Peter Ebdons cue that he used in the UK Championships. I've always wondered what make of cue he's got? I know he's been using the same one for many years and one thing I've noticed is that despite the size of the tip on his cue he still manages to get some serious action and feel. I always find that when putting on a tip that is fat gives hardly any action and not much spin. Maybe he uses a special kind of tip? Who knows?
