Hi Marilyn. I would love to post that picture up for you. I personally never got a chance to meet Tom but over the past 15 years playing snooker heard his name mentioned many times when talking about snooker. I have owned and played with several Gauthier cues and they are a delight to own and use. A few of my close m8's were very good friends with Tom and many times visited his shop and played a frame or two or snooker with him. Tom's brother is still alive I believe? I heard a rumor he was continuing on making cues again?

I'm currently using a Tom Gauthier cue. If you have any more information about Tom or know of his family's whereabouts, it would be an honor to chat with them and hear the stories about him and see the family photo album. It would be my honor to create a site dedicated just to the late great Tom and document his cue making days.

Send the picture over to me at mayur@fullmotiongroup.com and I can post it up here for you.

You can also see this section which I created as a fan base for Tom: http://www.thesnookerforum.com/board...php?groupid=56
