Hello To All (lets Talk Snooker)
Hello to All,
How good does this forum look!!! Well impressed!!!
What a game snooker is, im a golfer and have been since i was 6 years old ( now 24), i never thought i could come across a more frustrating yet addictive game but snooker comes mighty close! As you can imagin.......being a golfer i get to play my fair share of snooker, when the weather is bad, the cue comes out and to be honest thats been more often than not this winter.
I live in bolton, Lancashire, the home of a great snooker player in Tony Knowles, and i was taught the game by a ex proffesional who joined our golf culb in the late 90's, his name (i wonder if any of you have heard of him?) Stan Haslam.
I play in the local golf club snooker league, which is of a fairly high standard and try to practice about 2/3 times a week if i can.
