Hi...any tournaments?

Hi all, does anybody know of any tournaments (junior or senior) going on through south wales and South-West England? I've heard of one in Bristol but it would be great if anyone could give me some more info' on this... thanks.

Keynsham SC, used to run a weekly open (handicap?) tournament every Sunday. I believe they still do, although last I heard numbers were very low (16-ish compared to about 100 in its heyday).

EASB will be starting the new season in September with a number of events for all ages, mostly played at least on a north/south/midlands regional basis. Keep an eye out on their website for announcements: www.englishsnooker.com

There are a bunch of players from Brighton who are going to be running an event every month at The Castle Club this coming season.

The first one is provisionally planned for September, just after the league season has started. I appreciate these may be a little far for you personally(depending on how keen you are) but thought I'd mention it now for your and others benefit.
