hi everyone,

i'm a beginner level pool/snooker enthusiast, i got a new table a couple of months ago and i've been trying to improve my skills (with a little bit of success). i've no ambigition to become a tournament level player, but i still hope to learn from the experts here and exchange tips with my fellow newbies.

Yeah, we had a 41 degree day just 2-3 days ago during the the first week of the tennis Australian open, and the officials had to delay quite a few matches to prevent the players from dieing on the court. I saw a game between Sharapova and some other girl and Sharapova was as red as a lobster.

On the other hand, we had snow/hail storm here during Chrismas -- which was during our summer and supposed to be a 30+ degree day. It was really weird -- getting snow during a summer day, but it put out some of the bush fires for us, so all is good.
