  • Powerglide Executive 1985

Hi, just found this site, used to play 2-3 times a week back in the late 70"s-early 80"s. First snooker hall was in Wood Green above Burtons the tailors. Never consistent with high breaks but enjoyed the atmosphere and tension. I purchased my last cue in October 1985, a Powerglide Executive 1 piece, think i paid a decent price from a snooker shop in Upper Holloway Rd North London. Is this cue worth much in todays money?

Could be, cues specs and some in-focus pics would be helpful on tsf tx.
Not sure but I think you need to make 10 posts until you can upload pictures.
I played at Wood green of a bit 95-96 when I was at middlesex uni.

Hi mate, there are two Executives listed on ebay and ending today, so you will get a notion as to how they sell. Here's a link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_tr...at=0&_from=R40
I have found photos of the 1986 PG catalogue, your cue is there and it used to sell for 39 quid back then. Hope this helps.

If your cue is the machine spliced rosewood butt think they only made this cue in ash if its straight then its only worth £40 to £55 in today's market.
Not played for 3 years and itching for a game....11-3-2017.
