I'm Trev,nickname "Texas" cos i used to play a lot of texas holdem.
Been playing snooker/pool for 30+ years now and still love it!
Learned about this forum from a young lad that some of you will know-Karl Craic,a fine young gentleman and rapidly becoming an outstanding cue maker.
I'm also very good friends with well known cue collector Andy Hunter who has taught me a lot about cues and been a practice partner for a number of years.
Lookin forward to adding some useful input/drivel on here.

I currently use a burroughs and watts 1 piece maple for snooker.I am awaiting a hand made pear shafted 1 piece which should be ready soon.I'm not a fan of new cues and have one of them roberts cues in your avatar aswell.I.ve had tons of cues but am always looking for a better one. I accidently snapped my pool cue and in the process of finding another,had about 20 this month lol,none suitable though.
Fav player has to be Hendry.

I have lost every game i have played since our game and smashed my cue over the Labour club bin so i'm using a naff rack cue from the old snooker club now..........Think i will just avoid you now and enjoy the 100% record bud!:wink:

Alright trev, I'm literally just starting to play snooker and need to buy a good cue preferably handmade, not to keen on the ones you get from the shops I was just wondering if you have any cues you'd consider selling, I also live near newcastle so should'nt be hard to arrange to meet if you'd sell cheers mate.

Not a problem mate.If i cant sort you a cue there are loads on here that can,PM me your details and what spec you want and your budget and we,ll get you sorted.
