How to get your pic up on post ?

How do u get ur pic on the post like the 1 on left and ware ur from on the right hand side ?

Click on the 'User Control Panel' in the top right hand corner bud, that you'll see 'Edit your Avatar' on the left hand side.......

Dus it have to b dun with a comp or could u do it on I phone?

I never tried doing it on an iPhone bud..... but I should imagine it would still work.
