3 Questions Answer Please

I have 3 question:

1). If cue ball is touching with two red balls, do we have to play away from both touching red ball without moving them.

2). After opponent foul, i declare blue as free ball and i hit blue and pot red but blue is not pot. Is it fair. will i get one point.

3). There is no red ball on table and after opponent foul i declare blue as free ball. i hit blue and pot ball on which is yellow. blue is not pot only ball on is pot that is yellow. will i get 2 points.
