    Hi Fakhrie, Welcome to TSF.

Congratulations on your title. :encouragement: What sort of format does the SASC have?

It has the same format as the IBSF WC. There are group stages and 4 qualify in each group to make the last 64.

OK, thanks. Is there anywhere online to watch some of it? Couldn't find anything on youtube.

thanks guys, because snooker has dropped drastically we wont receive more than 150 entries. we are however trying to revive the sport and it is looking for the better.

we still have Peter Francisco playing in our tournaments as well, and doing quite well. he is still the African champion, as he won it twice in a row (2012 & 2013). so he is still quite dangerous on the green.

there isn't anything on you tube but hopefully this year we will have much more happening, and clips will be available on you tube.

In the IBSF WC in Latvia, we sent 3 players to represent us. I unfortunately could not make it due to other commitments, but our players did enjoy themselves and gained a wealth of experience. In fact 2 of the 3 made it to the last 64 and last 32 which wasn't too bad in m opinion (well still room for improvement though)

he may do better to concentrate on the higher value colours, !?

                sorry could not resist...
welcome to TSF, there was a good write-up of the IBSF WC in this month's SnookerScene.
                Up the TSF! :snooker:
