  • Hi From Canada

    Hello gents !

I am a huge snooker fan and have played for most of my life winning a few tourney's here. I look forward to reading the wealth of info on here.

The coverage on utube is a blessing and the quality is extraordinary !

    See you on the boards.

    Welcome to TSF !!

You will find a few fellow Canadians on here.

You need 10 posts to PM and post pics.

What sort of cue do you have?
My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
    I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

In what area of the country do you live as you didn't put up your location. Also, there are live streams of most pro snooker tournaments available on a few website although the timing usually sucks as the UK is 5 hours ahead of us, so 7am for the afternoon sessions and 2pm for the evening sessions.

There are quite a few Canadians on here, mostly from Ontario and BC.

          Welcome

                  I am in Winnipeg.

I have a Peradon one piece cue that's very old and I keep that well looked after. 17 oz - 9 mm tip
I have a Ubler for pool that has a very nice and consistent whip. It has no wrap just a sweet stick and really helps me keep a constant stroke. 23 oz with a weight -13 mm tip
I also have a really nice Player pool cue that I take to play fun rough stuff. I really like the Player if I am on a coin op pool table with big cue ball as the player is about 24 oz. 13 mm tip.

Thanks for the great welcome and hi to my fellow Canucks !
