  • EASB Membership

    Hi guys,

I'm very new here and I've come here in hope of finding an answer as well as getting to know the snooker community a lot more!

Since I'm absolutely fanatical about the game, I've decided to sign myself a membership from the EASB and start entering some competitions but my question is this:

What happens when you pay for the membership? I've paid for it online, received an email with the receipt/invoice but that was almost two weeks ago (since this was posted). Is there anybody out there that already has a membership? What happens next?

I've tried to contact the EASB but I'm not getting anywhere with them.

Any light on this would be a great help and appreciated!

You just enter the eligible competitions online which are relevant to your membership. I don't think they issue membership cards for players any more.

EASB referees get membership cards, but player members haven't had cards for as long as I can remember. Paying your membership fee means you get added to their database, which is checked for eligibility when you try to enter competitions.

Thanks SnkrRef for the clarification. I wish they'd have this information on their website!
