New guy from South West Wales (Ceredigion)
Found this forum by complete chance while trying to find some info on some cues and thought I would just join for the hell of it.
I recently got the snooker bug after watching it a bit too much and decided to try it myself. I'm lucky in some respects as I have played pool (as a hobby) before so I have some experience with cue sports.
I have visited a couple of snooker clubs in my local area and obviously I was blown away by the sheer size of the snooker table but the other that crossed my mind was that I have no one to practice or play with:snooker: I don't think it will matter in the early stages as all I want to do is put some time into it to try and get better.
