The one you got looks fine, so it seems you found out how but ..but here's how to upload:
1. go to "my panel" (green button up top)
2. choose "edit avatar"
3. if you have the pic on your pc, choose "upload avatar from computer" and find the folder where it is.
4. make sure the pic is 80x80 or 19kb in size
5. save
6. Done!
