Hi everyone,
Belgium here!
Been reading for a while now on the forum. I've Playing snooker for several years but very occasional (4 or 5 times a year). Recently started to go a lot more (also because it's the only way to get out of the house ) and thought it would be a good idea to buy a cue of my own.
When reading here it became clear to me that buying a cue isn't as simple as i thought at first and can become an addiction as well First I was convinced of buying a new cue but after reading (and not being sure what the right specs are for me) i started looking at second hand cues.
Tomorrow I have an appointment to go and look at a 3/4 Aeon cue. Bit excited to be honest. I like the cue in the picture, hope the same in real life and hope it isn't warped. Can buy the cue + extensions for 50 euro (+/- 40 pound) and the original triangular case at 25 euro (+/- 20 pound). I guess when it is in OK shape and feels OK in my hand this isn't a bad start?
Now I have to try and post 10 messages to be able to post the pictures on here if I where to buy it off course. Really curious what all the MUCH more experienced cue buyers/makers on here have got to say.
Love the site btw, loads of info!
Grtz and hope to post a new thread within a few days saying I bought the cue!
