Problem to change email adress

I have a problem. I tried to change the e-mail address. I managed to changed it but I can't read conversations anymore. I can't anymore see my account. I put the administrator an email but I have not been answered. I had no other choice than to make a new user account. Do anyone have similar problem?

When you change your email address it normally takes 24-48hrs for the change to work

I had exactly the same problem a few month ago. It seems you have to wait for a new confirmation email to arrive and then reactivate your account, which all seems a bit daft to me, especially when said email doesn't arrive. Ferret sorted it out for me in the end, but you are more likely to get a response from admin if you post in the "Support Helpdesk" section here:
