    Hi all!

Last time I played we had some difficulties with some rules, especially 2 occasions:

1 Is it possible to aim for a colored ball, for example black and then hit another colored ball in hole. Is this ok? Ex. aim for black, hit yellow in hole.

2 If the white ball jumps out of the table what happens then: how many points for the oppenent and where to put the white ball?

I havent seen those 2 occasions on television, probably because they are professionals

    THANKS!

No you cant, it is a foul to pocket any ball that is not on, ie. in your example the Black is the ball on. Foul and seven penalty points, value of ball on (being greater than four).
The colours are individual and cannot be player together (so to speak); not like Reds where you start with 15, you can play one red to hit another red into a pocket (called a plant).*

The cue ball with be "in hand" the player can place the cue ball anywhere in the D.
The foul will be four penalty points or the value of the ball on, whichever is greater.

You wont see the first scenario played deliberately but you may see it by accident, but not often.
Cue ball off the table has happened many times, not regularly but often

    * the only time you can play one colour onto another and pot it legally, is when you have a Free ball option.
Don't want to go into this here now, unless you ask
