I have a Niche classic and don't have anything to complain. It was only around 100-110 quid and the work done is flawless.
They answer any questions and are very helpful via facebook. I did inquiries and all via facebook and my dad picked up the cue from their shop in Bangkok. They would've send it to me ofcourse, but I tried to avoid some taxes and tariffs

So I can recommend Niche, but can't compare it to the others, but I know some people here can help you with that.

I've got a Phoenix Unity (I think it cost £210) and it's a lovely cue, responsive, and with the straightest side grain of any cue I've ever seen bar none. By coincidence, my mate got a Phoenix unity off Ebay and its just as good. If you're anywhere near Leed, visit Craftsman cues at Kippax, he has a lot of them in stock and a full size table on which to try them out.
Whenever anybody in the club shows up with with a new cue that they've just paid in the region of £500 for, I just have to bite my lip and tell them it's a really nice cue.

I would go for a maximus premium from green baize or craftsman. Fantastic quality for the money and you could get a mini butt aswell within your budget. I think ricky Walden has been playing with a maximus premium recently.

+1 for the Maximus. Go to GBL and try out lots. Well worth a trip. Less than 2 hours from Barnsley and an easy trip.

Just be reading all great reviews about them. I have a peradon at the moment and its not the greatest.

if you are after a Thai Cue, i would go for a Ton Praram. the quality of shafts are top quality. ranging around £300-£400 you would get one of the top end ones
