Why don´t we see any canadians in the qualifiers? Or are there someone.

There are very few players who are good enough to compete effectively; and. it's just too expensive and there is no sponsorship for snooker here in Canada except for a couple of bigger tournaments like the Canadian Championships. Plus most of our really good players are ex-pros who have no desire to turn pro again.
