I'm actually British, nobody plays over here from what i can tell
I live here permanently now and with land/property prices being what they are vs the UK i'm hoping one day to get my own "potting shed" or similar. The hardest part will probably be sourcing a table and installation. Not very far down that path though.
I played my entire life up until maybe 18 or so. I started to lose full-blown passion for the game around 16 i'd say. I played sporadically during my 20s and alas have only managed to play a handful of times in the last 5-6 years (my 30s).
I was an ok junior player, getting up to a high break of 135. I got to the quarters or semis (i can't remember now) of one of the national "Under" X tournaments at one point and was "district" champion at one point, which i'm guessing probably doesn't even exist any more.
I've been enjoying reading some of the garden shed installs around here.
Anyway, i'll probably hang around every so often, especially during the pro tournies which i have to stream nowadays
