just a quick intro to say G'Day, from a wet and cold Ballarat in Victoria Australia. I'm only a snooker fan as a spectator, but play competition 8 ball, as Ballarat is a hot spot for the UK style game (3 locals have just come back form the Worlds in Blackpool). My family has a snooker connection, though, as my grandfather was a snooker team captain in Surrey, and my father has made a few 147's.
I look forward to trawling through all the info in this forum, and may even be able to leave a couple of tid bits myself in the future
