Hi. My forum name is Unkle Jackie. I'm a retired school teacher and enjoy snooker and pool. Other jobs I have had were sales, auto mechanic, truck driver, restaurant manager, screen printer, elected official, and pool room owner.

Currently, I am a member of the International Cuemakers Association, www.internationalcuemakers.com , as a cue repairman. I have been hoarding wood for some time now and will make my own cues in the not too distant future.

It will take some time, but I will read every post on this forum, as I have done on other forums that I take part in. I do have opinions on a lot of topics, but will try to tread lightly until you all know me better. j
