Hi everyone thought i should do things properly and do an intro to say hello as new to all this!
I have been hooked on the game since watching Alex Higgins win the 82' World Championship and the epic semi with Jimmy!
I play to a fair standard and have been playing and collecting cues about 25 years.
Anyway i'm waffling on here it was only supposed to be an intro ! but i'd just like to say i thinks it great there is a forum for all of us who love the great game ! and i'm glad i've found it, just hope i get the hang of using it now !

Hello cocked hat your right we have great players today but not sure they entertain or put a show on like the Hurricane and Whirlwind used to, i think thats why they didn't win as much, as Jimmy said " the thing with me and Alex is when we're alight we're alight when we're not we're not and there isn't anything either of us can do about it really ! "
