    Hi All Been Playing Snooker Since Age Of 10 Won My First Tournament Around Age 15 Also Taking The High Break Prize ....on Fridays I Got 5 Dollars A Week For Allowance And I Had To Make It Last For The Weekend.....so There Was Huge Pressure Involved When Playing Friends For Table Time Starting Around 10 Am On Saturday Morning......if I Wasnt Playing I Was Watching The Oldtimers Play A Game Called Golf On The Snooker Table For Money....there Was Always A Bottle Of Whisky Hidden In The Garabge Can Near The Table.....cement Floors And Smokes Were Placed On The Edge Of The Table When Playing Shots....i Have Memories Of Being Chased Around The Table After Beating One Of The Oldtimes[even Know They Were Only 30-40 Years Old,i Was 10] Around The Age Of 14 Freinds Were Smoking Hashish And The Big Thing Was To Smoke One And Then Go Back Inside Play Snooker...every Shot You Had To Make The Cueball Dance.....i Know Its Called A Double In The Side In Englnad...here We Call It A Bank Shot...and After A Joint Of Hashish It Was One Waffle In The Side Plus Many Other Names.....those Were The Days....at 16 I Stoppped Playing Snooker For A Few Years Due To Cars And Girls.....i Have Had The Treat Of Getting To Watch Kirk And Cliff Play In Many Tounaments In And Around The Toronto Area Plus Many Other Top Players Equally As Good.....around 1994 I Was Playing 8-10 Hours A Day.....i Would Play Some At My Local Club From 6 Until Closing And Then Drive Into Toronto And Play There Until 6 -8 In The Morinig....oh Well Gotta Get Ready For My Evening Snooker Session...later
