  • How's it going? I'm from down under!

Hi I'm from sunny Sydney and my highest break is 147. I manage to get that about 3 times a week. Occasionally I get more if my opponent fouls but well.. it's hard to find someone to play on par with me

Alrighty honestly I'm just a beginner and the only thing true is that I'm from Sydney. Really glad to have found this forum where we can discuss our love for the game.

Looking forward to hearing from you guys and gals!

P.S. Come on don't take the first paragraphy seriously!!!

hahah wonderful, my fav player is John Higgins. I reckon not only is he a good player, he's really humble. Humility is always a virtue worth appreciating.

Yeah we Aussies full of rubbish even when we're not drunk hehe.

Hey Kiwi how's it goin'? I play at Petersham RSL club and I use a cue I bought off ebay. Seems like it's a made-in-china cue which warped within the first week but with all the accessories and a beautiful case, couldn't ask for more.

Unfortunately we don't get to see them world champs on the telly. Gotta get foxtel or some sort of paytv. Sigh. Watch them on youtube though!

The game big in NZ mate?

The game in NZ seems to be dropping off all the time, partly i think is for the lack of snooker we see on our tv, which is basically nil, get the odd 9 ball crap and the betfred snooker league, which is not really proper.
Shame about your cue bending, mine is from leeds, and i love it.
