  • Great Site-Hello to everyone

    Hi Everybody
I have joined today to enable me to be part of the lively debates.
I first played snooker on a 6x3 in my friends garage aprox 30 years ago, graduating to a full size when I was old enough to get into the legion!
I used to play for a team but now play socially once a week.
Top break 45, made a few years ago.
I've recently brought out a new joint for cues so it has brought me in to contact with some of the leading manufacturers which has been interesting.
Anyway I love snooker, and will be soon getting my own full size table at work (for testing purposes obviously,ha ha) so I hope to break the half ton shortly!

Thanks Stan, It looks great, also, you could put the website link on your profile on this forum, it would say view members website and the link would be there.

B.T.W - Is the main difference between your joint and normal air-lock joints the shock absorbant capabilities.

            Thanks,
            bongo.

              Thanks,
              bongo.
The main difference is that my joint locks the male and female parts together, rather machine threads that are liable to work loose, and most important it only takes 1/12 of a turn!
Have a look at the air lock thread in cue section of the forum, lots of questions and answers.......
