  • Hello

    Hi all,
Found this site when browsing the internet, for a new cue as it happens. My name is Lee and I'm 16 from the North East. Started playing regularly about 2 months ago, but have been playing pool for a few years now, on an irregular basis though.

I started to get into it when I started my part time job as a glass collector in a pub, and when there is nothing to do we watch the customers playing snooker, but as it's a working mens club, we can't play there until we are 18! So we found a snooker hall about a mile down the road to play in.

Anyway, enough of my life story. My highest break (so far) is 14, pretty shambolic compared to some peoples, but you don't become a good player overnight. I am quite a flukey player, but hoping to become better with more shots becoming intentional that fluke. Get coached on a Saturday morning, but there is 9 tables in the hall with about 2 people to a table, so with one person coaching 20 people at the same time, I don't feel I am getting the full benefits from it.

    Thanks for reading! :snooker:
