Players in Reading or Maidenhead

Hi people,

Just joined up here and am wondering if there is anybody looking for a snooker partner in Reading or Maidenhead? For what it's worth I'm 30 years old and live in Henley.

Although I've played many times and know the rules well, I'm not a great player (much as it pains me to admit it) and would suit somebody who is closer to beginner level than intermediate. Am happy to learn on the job though, if a better player doesn't mind imparting a bit of knowledge when playing!

Hi Keith, I'm from High Wycombe but, without meaning to sound big headed, I don't think I'm the playing partner you're after!

Head down to Racks in Maidenhead on a Thursday night (most league teams play that night) and you should be able to find someone who will give you a game. Take a few quid with you though, cos the tables ain't cheap, and to be honest you may as well play on the carpet as it is probably faster!!!
