    Ok Noel will be interesting to hear what Cliff has to say. Does Cliff play any Snooker nowadays do you know?

      He does play in various Invitational and other tournaments in the Toronto area and internationally,
      and has a busy appearance, consultation and coaching schedule.
      spike... Cliff is a star.
      He is well-liked and welcomed everywhere.
      Even his used equipment is a star!... LOL

        Yes apart from being a great player in his time i always thought he had a good sense of humor and was always a good people's person who had a certain presence about him.

          There are a number of guys around Toronto in their 70's and 80's who knew and played with Chenier and who followed snooker closely for more than 50 years... I'll ask around for you...

          Hi Noel,
          I have heard that George was encourgaed to play in the UK by the Joe or Fred Davis. Saw some of his pictures and he had a more upright stance than the nowaday stance.
