Hi,
My name is Yannis, I live in Athens Greece and I love snooker even though I am not a good player. Here most people play pool and carom but unforunately snooker is not popular and the tables are rare. I watch the tournaments that Eurosport shows and my favourite players are Ronnie O'Sullivan and Mark Selby. Eespecially Ronnie when plays well is amazing.

Hi thunder, Selby is an unbelievable 8 ball player as well as snooker, i've played many frames against him and he is a different class, agree with your Ronnie comment too, nobody i'd rather watch:snooker:

oselifer I live in Anthousa, about 15 km NE of Athens.
I don't know the players you mention. Are there sites about snooker in greece?
Do you know clubs with snooker tables ? The only one I know is the "Different" at P. Faliro but is far away from my home.

You can find snooker table at Presbeia at Kifissia, at King8 at Vrilissia and there is also a sullogos called friends of snooker at peuki where there is a table identical to the one that tournaments are played...Also there is a table at my home...
