Been playing fairly regualry for the last 4/5 years and have only just discovered this site !!!

Hope to meet/chat to loads of people here.

Claim to fame: saw my dad play a frame of snooker with Ray Reardon quite a few years ago when we were staying at a Butlins holiday camp.

Claim to shame: Being an addict to snooker, I've not yet managed a pilgrimage to the holy site that is the Crucible (all bow in respect) even though its only a couple of hours up the M-way. Must try harder next year

Favourite snooker players ? Well being Welsh, any from Wales - Ray "dracula" Reardon, Terry Griffiths, Matthew Stevens + Mark Williams.

Yup, at least until this weeks match though.
We're up against the 3'rd Daimler team called Daimler E1 ?? (go figure)....

Unless they've changed their team heavily we should get away the a 6-4 / 7-3 win. ........ There's me cursing us then :-)

Anway, watched some of the Grand Prix over the weekend nad it was good to see Paul Hunter back in the breach.
Hopefully he'll be back to full form for the Crucible.

erm no, 6 finals and great chances in at least 2 - he doesn't have enough arrogance to want to win for himself, the need to please others creeps in and then he's not relying on himself and the mistakes flood in. If he had a psychologist that could implant a more solid mentality, he'd've won it 3 or 4 times already - But I also doubt he'd swap it all for being World Champ.

BTW Ian, it'll be a fair few years before the billiarddrome takes over so you've time yet.

I'm Posting so I don't getted deleted out by the forum upgrades.....

In term of snooker... I've not actually been watching lately too busy with my kids etc...

I really like Jimmy White he's the poeples player....

I also like John Virgo he's a Salford lad like me.....

I play on the isnooker online game....when I get chance...

I like playing for real too but I'm not very good really...

Anyway bye for now....
