  • Masters Final - Results

Below are the results of the Masters Final predictions.

Please check your scores (and anyone else’s as you wish), and report any queries, on this thread, within 48 hours of the date/time displayed above. You are reminded that queries raised after this time cannot normally be considered for correction.

Congratulations to Steveb72 for winning the round.

Please note that mcmanusrules gained a bonus point (not shown below) for correctly predicting the highest break of the round, which was 143.

This may well go down as the lowest-scoring round of the whole season, with only 24½ points scored out of a possible 114.

Hmm... At least I'm in good company
You play a long slow deadweight red to a corner pocket. As it approaches the pocket, a kamikaze woodlouse crawls out from under the cushion and makes its way across the table, conflicting with the path of the red precisely at the point the red gets there. The red, needless to say, veers off course, and the future of the woodlouse is uncertain. - The Statman

I had a feeling Ding may have peaked too soon and that Ronnie had more to prove. Maybe I should have been a psychologist. At one point I thought my high break prediction of 147 was going to happen as well!

Congrats Steve, so your analysis of the situation was correct!

I got 0 points, wow, I thought you actually need to try to do that bad but nope, it's very easy in fact!

                Hello,

I actually predicted that O'Sullivan would win - but seem to have a score of 0.

                Thanks Dan.

                  OK now corrected.

Please make sure that in future you list the names in the same order as in my initial thread, then these misunderstandings won't happen (easiest way is to cut and paste, or 'quote' my first post).

All I do is go down the thread looking at the numbers; I don't even look at the names.
