  • PL Period 1 – Results

Below are the confirmed results of the Prediction Contest for Period 1.

Please check your score (and anyone else's as you wish) and report any discrepancies WITHIN 48 HOURS of the date/time displayed at the top of this message (or 'laste edited' time at the bottom), by replying on this thread.

You are reminded that queries raised more than 48 hours from now cannot normally be considered for alteration.

There was a five-way tie for first place, which was resolved in the following way:
    Highest break: actual 124, Stunrunthru 126, cap 128, snookersfun 137, xianx 141, DeadQueen 105.

Thus, congratulations to Stunrunthru for winning the round.

Also please note that Lindea gained an extra point (not shown below) for correctly guessing the highest break, which was 124.

      .....
You play a long slow deadweight red to a corner pocket. As it approaches the pocket, a kamikaze woodlouse crawls out from under the cushion and makes its way across the table, conflicting with the path of the red precisely at the point the red gets there. The red, needless to say, veers off course, and the future of the woodlouse is uncertain. - The Statman

I have just double checked by looking through the "Find all posts by googlefooger" results and can confirm that your name does not appear in the PL1 thread.
