Below are the CONFIRMED results of the Prediction Contest for Period 2.
The second two matches on the 5th October turned this from a reasonably good scoring round to a very low scoring round, with only two Predictors receiving any points at all from these two matches.
Please check your score (and anyone else's as you wish) and report any discrepancies WITHIN 48 HOURS of the date/time displayed at the top of this message (or 'laste edited' time at the bottom), by replying on this thread.
You are reminded that queries raised more than 48 hours from now cannot normally be considered for alteration.
There was a ten-way tie for first place, which was resolved in the following way:
Number of matches in which a score was gained: elvaago, 3; everyone else, 2.
Thus, congratulations to elvaago for winning the round.
Also please note that nobody gained an extra point for correctly guessing the highest break, which was Steve Davis's 79 (although for good measure elvaago was also closest to this).
