A few thought about the matches last night.

I was amased that Selby could adobt so well to the format. He played very fast. It looks like he´s back to the form he showed for a big part of last season.

Higgins looked like he was struggling a little with his positional play. Do you think its due to the time clock (I haven´t seen him playing with shotclock before) ?

And then in the post match interview ROS told us, why it´s him and not Jimmy White that has won 3 WC titles. ROS is playing bad at the practice table and good at the match table, and as we all know Jimmy has it the other way around

Was very impressed with Selby last night as I was expecting him to struggle with the shot clock for his first first matches and it looked to be going that way early on. Fair play to him for proving me wrong.

I should have checked this thread yesterday. Did anyone record it? Macbeth?

Two great matches. I wasn't really going to bother with the Selby v Ding one, but I'm glad I did, because I enjoyed it a lot. If Selby keeps playing like this outside of the League as well I might find myself looking forward to watching matches he's in

                            O'Sullivan's head's gone

If Perry doesn't win this he'll need a slap
