Thread opens: by Thursday 25 December 2008
Deadline: Sunday 11 January 2009 at 11:00a.m.

Quarter-finals:
Thread opens: by 1:00p.m. on Wednesday 14 January.
Deadline: Thursday 15 December at 1:30p.m.

Semi-finals:
Thread opens: by 1:00p.m. on Friday 16 January.
Deadline: Saturday 17 January at 2:00p.m.

Final:
Thread opens: by 12:30a.m. on Saturday 17 January.
Deadline: Sunday 18 January at 2:00p.m.
