Below are the provisional results of the Semi-finals Prediction Contest for the Northern Ireland Trophy.
Please check your score (and anyone else’s as you wish) and report any queries within 48 hours of the date/time displayed at the top of this thread. Any queries raised after this time will not be considered.
A quick reminder of the scoring: 2 points for the correct winner and scoreline; one point for the correct winner with incorrect scoreline.
There was a seven-way tie for first place, which was resolved as follows:
(a)frames difference between actual and predicted scorelines:
1 for dantuck 7; RaNeN
2 for drlog147; Ellena; Monique
3 for Anastasia; Pearsie
(b)highest break:
Actual: 108
dantuck 7: 141
RaNeN: 147
Therefore, provisional congratulations to dantuck 7 for winning the round.
Please note also that nobody gained a bonus point for correctly predicting the highest break of the round, which was Ronnie O’Sullivan’s 108.
