Below are the provisional results of the Prediction Contest for the Premier League Final.
Please check your score (and anyone else’s as you wish) and report any queries within 48 hours of the date/time displayed at the top of this thread. Any queries raised after this time will not be considered.
A quick reminder of the scoring, now that the competition has reverted to standard knock-out format: 2 points for the correct winner and scoreline; one point for the correct winner with incorrect scoreline.
There was a two-way tie for first-place between erezpa and adrift,which could not be resolved by looking at the frame difference between predicted and actual results. So, the high-break predictions were the next criteria used to decide the tie-break:
Actual: 123
erezpa 136
adrift 138
Therefore, provisional congratulations to erezpa for winning the round.
Please note also that drlog147 gained a bonus point (not included below but marked with a *) for correctly predicting the highest break of the round, which was 123 made by Ronnie O'Sullivan.
