Yeah Ronnie is out of sorts.

    • O'Sullivan only has himself to blame for going behind here. Ding looked like he would be struggling this afternoon, but O'Sullivan let him in so many times that he has found a nice scoring rhythm now. Time to push on and get a decent lead, or will it be like last night?

      • Anthony McGill certainly doesn't shy away from a healthy confrontation, does he? Ginger, you see.
"Kryten, isn't it round about this time of year that your head goes back to the lab for retuning?"

          • How unlucky is Ding here?
In frame 13 he pots a red and then the cueball is deflected into a pocket, giving O'Sullivan the chance to take the frame.
In frame 14 he perfectly splits the reds up, but a red fell with the black and again O'Sullivan can take advantage.

                • I like Stephen Hendry's commentary but this thing he does where he bemoans safety play is getting stale. We get it, Stephen - you were never a fan of safety play.

He doesn't want his 7 titles record to be broken.

Why, what happened? In which frame?

                      • McGill complained that Clarke was in his eye line, and not for the first time.

                        10th frame 65-44

I didn't see it. But the german commentator mentioned it: It seems that Clarke stayed in the line of shot when McGill took a pot on the final black in frame 10. I don' know if he moved, but after he missed the black McGill at least accused Clarke of irritating him and allegedly in quite an aggressive manner.

Edit: Also I've heard that Perry had the same claim against Clarke in their qualifying encounter.

                            • No clue who is going to win this tomorrow. Both players switching between some solid breakbuilding and some awful snooker.

                              • Jan Verhaas ordered that from now on the player, who's not on the table, has to stay in his seat.
