Very interesting to hear Ronnie talk about the table conditions and love the fact he just gets on with it and even thinks it adds to the complexity of the challenge. Its also another strike for the Star table, in that it has to be tweaked every day almost to play in a consistent manner..

I have always been proud of a good ton maker down our club who plays the same whatever table you put him on, in any club. thats real talent! I think these guys on TV have got a little too used to having perfect conditions were they split the reds open and expect to win the frame every time.

I agree with Ronnie comments, and I think its an advantage to him because it reminds him of how he had to play as a kid at different clubs on different tables. He always adapts to the " test paper "
